At the British Council, the health and safety of all our staff, customers, and the communities in which we operate is our top priority. We support and cooperate with all local government agencies to put all necessary measures in place to ensure the continued well-being of all with whom we engage in the course of our activities.
Following a Movement Control Order issued by the Malaysian Government on 16 March 2020, all events and gatherings will be cancelled from 18 to 31 March 2020, and all offices (except essential services) are to be closed in the same period due to COVID-19.
Adhering to the order, the British Council in Malaysia has cancelled all classes, tests and exams until 31 March 2020 inclusive. We will provide updates in advance should there be any further cancellations after 31 March 2020.
All IELTS test takers affected by the cancellation will be provided a full refund. Kindly complete this refund form with a copy of your payment receipt or confirmation email, and email to email@example.com.
For other affected test/exam candidates, kindly contact your exam board for further clarity on the refund/transfer process.

We are doing our best to keep all our stakeholders informed of the rapidly evolving situation in a timely manner.
