When I first heard from British Council that I’d won the IELTS Prize, I was totally surprised because there were many other highly-qualified applicants. Even though I feel like I’m a novice, I believe that the brand reputation of IELTS will help to indicate to others that I’m a promising young scholar with strong linguistic abilities.
